These are UV black light reactive colors with the exception of the red which only glows and does not react with UV light. This stuff is super bright, not like other toys you have seen out in the marketplace with the typical dull green or yellowish glow. These colors can also be applied to the sleeves as well. When ordering, choose colors on your main toy that you are purchasing (as they wont apply to your toy anyways) The colors you choose from this listing will then be applied to your toy.
